On behalf of The Pan African Congress of Integrative Medicine secretariat, we hereby authorize Alijet & Fargo International S.r.l to collect and present to the Italian Ministry of Health the application forms of all participants from Italy who plans to attend our congress.

This authorization does not imply any financial obligations on the part of The Pan African Congress of Integrative Medicine (PACIM 2017).

Our congress will be held on 4-6 May, 2017 in the city of Cape Town, South Africa.
